You are also welcome to provide us with media files to support your observations. Please note that attached files may identify you as they store creation and modification information. Therefore, remove this information before uploading.

We explicitly state that providing name and contact information is voluntary and not required for reporting. You will not face any consequences for reports of violations as long as your report is made in good faith.
