Bundling of all activities of the business unit Automation under our brand ERMO Rohrer

We are pleased to inform you that in the course of a universal succession we have merged our subsidiary Becker Automatisierungsgesellschaft mbH with the parent company Rohrer-Industrieservice GmbH as the absorbing company.

On 14.01.2020 the merger of the companies has been legally registered at the register court Offenbach am Main. Becker Automatisierungsgesellschaft mbH has thus ceased to exist.

The background of the merger is the bundling of all activities of the business unit Automation under our brand ERMO Rohrer as well as the optimization of internal processes. Thus we can concentrate even better on a service-oriented customer support. The known contact persons will remain unchanged with the exception of the former owner of Becker Automatisierungsgesellschaft mbH, Mr. Peter Becker, who retired on 31.12.2019 for his well-deserved retirement.
