Protective coating and passivation

We carry out coating and passivation works on carbon steel equipment with state-of-the-art methods using inhibited additives. This is done in order to eliminate residues and deposits resulting from the construction of new plants by applying protective layers before the startup.

After a systematic cleaning, a protective layer is built by means of alkalinisation and oxidation. Austenitic steels are coated and passivated with additives in accordance with company standards. We use circulatory, spray or coating methods.
