CATALYST HANDLING & REACTOR SERVICE
Our industrial catalyst and reactor service perfectly supplements the activities of the Rohrer Group in the field of shutdown management.
For our customers from the oil and gas processing and (petro)chemical industry, catalytic reactors are the core of their plant complexes. Not only are very valuable materials used in this highly safety-critical area, but catalytic reactors also count among the technically most sophisticated systems. Therefore, when it comes to shutdowns, customers attach special importance to the exchange of the valuable catalyst material and the mechanical repair of reactor internals.
It goes without saying that our customers only entrust work on these vessels to service companies which can provide recognised high technology and excellently trained specialists. Our company stands for all quality features, see for yourself!
Shutdown Management in 16 Steps
We guarantee our customers security in planning and budgeting, execution of shutdowns with the highest level of quality and safety as well as on-time performance and efficiency.
In cooperation with our customers, we take charge of the complete planning process, including detailed timelines for catalyst shutdowns, perform all work involved and provide progress information on a daily basis. We reduce interfaces and waiting hours to a minimum, represent sub-contracted services in a transparent manner and provide personnel and equipment exactly when and where needed.
Our customers will only be charged for the services actually rendered and documented.
