Technologies

For the safety of man and machine, we conduct all work inside the reactor in a nitrogen atmosphere. The technologies used for this purpose are specifically construed for work in a nitrogen atmosphere.

Our high-performance vacuum systems are equipped with N2 recirculation for avoiding pyrophoric reactions.

The proven LSS Life Support System consists of an integrated personal supplied air helmet, the so-called anti-panic helmet, with three separate breathing air lines and the breathing air supply and monitoring unit for four reactor technicians at the same time. An integrated communication system between air engineer, supervisor and reactor technician as well as Ex and O2 analysis instruments ensure maximum safety. By using a camera and a recording unit, we document all work and work results for our customers and provide support during TÜV inspections.

Technologies for individual requirements of catalyst work are developed by our RRT technology centre, experienced engineers and technicians implement the projects all over the world.
