Screening of the Catalyst Mass

On the one hand, ceramic balls and dust are separated from the spent catalyst material, thus saving costs when transporting the catalyst to regeneration and recycling facilities.

On the other hand, screening into different catalyst fractions results in coke deposits – which could cause pressure drop variations – to be removed in such a way that parts of the catalyst can be reused, and other fractions can be properly recycled.

In this respect, we also perform online work with ongoing processes, e.g. on CCR reformers.

Depending on your wishes or specific requirements, we can use our screening machines to separate coke deposits, catalysts, dust and ceramic balls of all types and sizes.
