With shutdowns, we also organise and carry out the further processing of the catalyst material.

Whether it comes to ‘turnaround regeneration’ during shutdown or ‘double change catalyst charge’ with the receipt of fresh material and transport of the spent material to regeneration, we ensure high-grade spent catalyst to be transported safely and returned just in time.

If the spent catalyst can no longer be used, we submit it to the optimum recycling process. High-grade material fractions can be recovered, unusable material disposed of.

Our service includes testing of the material, transport logistics in accordance with legal provisions and obtaining the required permits.
